Among six Gladiators, the player can only bring three of them into the battleground for combat at the start of the game. The rest of gladiators have to wait to replace the gladiator who is defeated on the battlefield. Therefore, to increase the odds of winning, players need to know the basic information of the cards as follows:
1. Rarity Level
The gladiator cards in AGA are divided into five rarity levels representing the strength of gladiators which are common, uncommon, rare, epic and legendary. Along with the higher level of rarity, the stats and skill effects of the card will be better. Therefore, the number of cards provided at each level is different and will be less in the higher rarity cards.

The Attack Point and Heart Point will get higher based on the card's rarity level. Thanks to the rarity level, the combat ability of the gladiator cards also has a clear difference.
2. Role
AGA builds 3 roles for gladiator cards which are Casters, Protector, Fighter. Each role is indicated in a frame with a different color and deals double damage to each other.
Casters: The gladiator cards with a blue frame represent the Casters role. Possessing a wide range of skill effects on the enemy team or our team, the Casters cards belong to magic-type with special abilities. In particular, they can deal double damage to the Protector enemy.
Protector: The gladiator cards with a red frame represent the Casters role. Protector possesses core abilities that are defense which help players reduce physical damage from opponents. They can also deal double damage to the Fighter enemy .
Fighter: The gladiator cards with an orange frame represent the Casters role. This role is buff to boost attack power in order to kill off rivals as quickly as possible. Notably, they can deal double damage to the Casters enemy. Besides, the healing ability of this role is also much better than the other 2 roles.
3. Fusing level
Fusion is the process of upgrading cards that makes the gladiator not only stronger, but also prolongs the timespan. There are 5 star levels shown on the card to demonstrate the fusion level.
To perform a fusion, a player only needs to use 2 cards of the same level to create a card with 1 level higher than the previous. In addition, an indispensable material when conducting fusion is diamond. The higher the level of Fusion, the more diamonds needed.

At level 1, gladiator cards are non-transferable and have a normal lifespan. From level 2 to 4, these cards will become exchangeable NFT cards, hence, players can fully trade in the marketplace. Moreover, gladiator cards from level 1 to 4 have an extended lifespan either by time or battle count. However, when the card reaches level 5, it will immediately become immortal.
The fusion success rate is 100%. After the card is upgraded, the Attack Point and Heart Point will increase, however, the stats of the skill effects will not change.
