WHY LIMIT CARDS FOR EACH SEASON?

WHY LIMIT CARDS FOR EACH SEASON?

How ABA game is applying the supply control mechanism in each season? Why we're doing this? Why is it good for you, for us, and our long-term journey together?

As previously stated, the Adroverse team is attempting to maintain a low inflation rate in the economy through the use of supply control mechanisms. This rule is applicable to the entire ABA season, as well as any future seasons.

To begin, publishing a limited number of cards over a specified time period enables us to calculate the probabilities prior to hand and thus plan out appropriate strategies for specific scenarios that help keep the card price reasonable. This is primarily because we want to keep the entry barrier low for newcomers, allowing more people to join the ABA community.

Additionally, we'd like to create a new meta for each season, with new gladiators, new skills, battle strategies, etc. This adheres to our ever-evolving and renewing journey.

Because cards are published only once per season, they will become increasingly rare as demand continues to grow. This is an excellent opportunity for those who still have them in their inventory to resell at massive profit.

At some point, the card pool may become insufficient to serve a large community; at this point, additional cards can be added in response to the DAO system's vote and act.

As a result, a limited supply of cards is a critical component of balancing the economy to serve a long-term goal.
